This draft describes the categories and controls that must reflect the website’s actual production cookie and storage configuration.

The current local build does not intentionally activate marketing or analytics integrations. The production inventory and consent behavior must be tested before this policy is approved.
What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies can store or read information in a browser. They may support essential website functions, preferences, measurement, security, or approved marketing activities.
Strictly necessary technologies
The production inventory must document essential website technologies, including security, consent, form, and session technologies, that are required for the requested website functions and cannot reasonably be disabled.
Preferences
If preference storage is introduced, the policy and consent interface must identify its purpose, provider, duration, and effect. No preference category should be listed unless it is actually used.
Analytics
Nonessential analytics must remain off until the required consent is obtained. The approved inventory must identify the provider, cookie or storage name, purpose, duration, and information collected.
Marketing
No marketing technology should load before the required consent. This section should remain absent or clearly state that no marketing cookies are used unless an approved marketing integration is introduced.
Managing your choices
The production site must provide an accessible way to accept, reject, or revisit nonessential cookie choices where required. Rejecting nonessential technologies must not block essential content or forms.
Current third-party request
Manrope is currently loaded from Google Fonts. Before production, the team should confirm the resulting data flow and either document it or self-host the licensed font files to reduce third-party requests.
Cookie contact
The approved privacy/cookie contact, inventory owner, review date, and consent-platform owner must be added before production publication.
Approval required before production
This local draft must be reconciled with actual production systems and approved by the responsible business, technical, privacy/legal, and accessibility owners as applicable.
