Inclusive commerce experiences

Accessibility statement

AideCommerce is working toward a marketing website that people can use across different devices, input methods, and assistive technologies.

Review statusReview draft — this page states a target, not a claim of conformance.

Last local review: September 3, 2026

The current target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A production conformance claim will not be made until the deployed website and critical flows receive appropriate automated and manual accessibility testing.

01

Our accessibility target

The website is designed around semantic HTML, keyboard access, visible focus, sufficient contrast, responsive reflow, labelled forms, reduced-motion support, and text alternatives for meaningful media.

02

Measures in the current build

Current work includes a bypass link, one primary heading per page, accessible navigation, keyboard-operable tabs and accordions, persistent form labels, descriptive link text, and layouts intended to work from 320 CSS pixels through wide screens.

03

Known limitations

Interactive demos currently use labelled illustrative placeholders rather than final approved media. The local demo-request form is intentionally inactive while its operational and privacy workflow is being approved.

04

Testing still required

Before launch, the website requires automated scans plus keyboard, screen-reader, 200% zoom, 320-pixel reflow, contrast, touch-target, reduced-motion, form-recovery, and representative browser/device testing.

05

Third-party content

Approved third-party demos, videos, forms, or services must be reviewed for keyboard behavior, accessible names, captions or transcripts, focus handling, failure states, and usable fallbacks before activation.

06

Feedback and assistance

An approved accessibility contact route and response owner have not yet been supplied. These details must be added before production publication so people can report barriers and request assistance.

07

Review status

Draft reviewed for local implementation structure on September 3, 2026. This date is not an accessibility audit or conformance certification.

Approval required before production

This local draft must be reconciled with actual production systems and approved by the responsible business, technical, privacy/legal, and accessibility owners as applicable.
